This weekend I was out of town for a Doula Workshop in San Diego. This was my first time away from Merrick and it was very hard. I was gone half the day on Friday and then all day Saturday and all day Sunday. I was so anxious to get home Sunday evening I could hardly contain myself. I never worried once for Merrick's well-being because I knew Adam would do such a great job with him. From the videos you can tell Merrick really didn't miss me at all!
These videos were recorded over at Chad & Kim's home. Merrick LOVES dogs and especially Cody. Merrick also gets excited at the sight of guitars...I wonder why? He's not too excited about the guitar in the 2nd video, he's more interested in teething on the little noise shaker.

I watched these on facebook and I was laughing at him laughing at the dog! I've never heard him laugh like that, so cute. He is going to be so musical and artistic. Oh and I'm glad you are getting your doula training done because I am going to hire you in a couple years :)
